It's a GREAT day to learn!

• August 16, 2010 Meet the Teachers/Open House from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
• First student attendance day is Tuesday, August 17 from 8:00- 10:00 a.m.
• First full day is Wednesday, August 18.
• Parents need to look for upcoming information about our new school-wide behavior system.  It is called PBIS, and it rewards positive behavior along with correcting negative behaviors.  There will be a BOOT CAMP all day on August 18th for ALL students and staff!  

Parents:

I am very excited to be working with you this year.  I think you will find my classroom to be a positive environment where learning is fun.  Parent-teacher communication is very important to me, so please e-mail or call me with any concerns you may have.  I am looking forward to implementing the PBIS system in my classroom.  There will be clear rules, consequences and rewards for all students.  This will provide a positive learning environment for all students.  I will be sending home lots of information about my classroom as soon as school starts, so make sure you check your child's folder each night!
