It's a GREAT day to learn!
- August 16, 2010 Meet the Teachers/Open House from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
- First student attendance day is Tuesday, August 17 from 8:00- 10:00 a.m.
- First full day is Wednesday, August 18.
- Parents need to look for upcoming information about our new school-wide behavior system. It is called PBIS, and it rewards positive behavior along with correcting negative behaviors. There will be a BOOT CAMP all day on August 18th for ALL students and staff!

I am very excited to be working with you this year. I think you will find my classroom to be a positive environment where learning is fun. Parent-teacher communication is very important to me, so please e-mail or call me with any concerns you may have. I am looking forward to implementing the PBIS system in my classroom. There will be clear rules, consequences and rewards for all students. This will provide an atmosphere which should benefit all students, and increase learning. I will be sending home lots of information about my classroom as soon as school starts, so make sure you check your child's folder each night!
