Academic Mission Statement
It is the goal of Grayville Community Unit School District #1 to provide all students with facts and experiences that will lead to a continuation of essential learning. This will aid our youth in becoming self-sufficient individuals mentally, physically, socially, and morally and will allow them to meet the demands of a rapidly changing society. It is essential that students develop a positive self-image through the personal development of initiative, resourcefulness, responsibility and perseverance.
It is the intent of this faculty to lead students toward being disciplined, productive, informed and fulfilled individuals. However, to achieve these goals, mutual respect and understanding must be present in the learning process by all participants: faculty, students, and community. Working together, we will be able to reach our collective and individual goals and celebrate the achievements of our students. See what we offer below, from general required classes to dual credit coursework.
